1. Data stored on your device

In the current version, the app works without registration or login. The habit name, its criteria, calendar entries and preferences are stored locally on your device.

Day by Day does not send this data to Neps Academy, does not use advertising or usage analytics tools, and does not sell or share this data with third parties.

Android may include the app's data in backups, depending on your device settings and the policies of the backup service used.

2. Optional connection to Neps Academy

This feature is not yet available in the current version.

When it becomes available, you will be able to choose to connect your Neps Academy account to automatically light up the calendar when you complete an exercise on the platform.

This connection will be limited to the information needed to authenticate your account and confirm that an exercise was completed and on which date. It will not be used to send your habit name, its criteria or your manual calendar entries to the platform.

The connection will be optional and can be disabled. The app will remain available for manual use without a Neps account. Use of the Neps Academy platform remains subject to its privacy policy.

3. Retention and deletion

Local data remains on your device until it is removed. You can delete it using the option to clear the app's storage in Android settings or by uninstalling Day by Day. Backups are managed separately by the backup service used.

When the optional connection becomes available, disconnecting it will stop automatic updates. This will not delete your Neps Academy account or exercise records.

4. Security and contact

We use Android's protection mechanisms for local storage. No system is entirely free of risk.

5. Changes to this policy
